Why is it importmant?
Public speaking and effective presentation are “shortcuts” for faster and easier management of an organization. Statistics show that the fear of public speaking is one of the most common and intense fears, which is why many top experts never share the knowledge they have gained. This training serves as a “springboard” for achieving great results.
How is it implemented?
The training is conducted in person, lasts for 3 days, and totals 20 hours of instruction, featuring minimal theory and a lot of practical exercises. Most participants arrive with apprehension but leave with a smile and newfound confidence.

Who Leads the Training?
The team is set apart at a pre-prepared location. At the beginning, the goals and methods of realization are explained. Participants are divided into teams (which need to improve teamwork), and each individual receives their role. Expert facilitators assist individuals in adapting better, and the team begins to homogenize when they realize that the task is interesting and that other teams will outperform them. The service has no price; the effects are always greater than the money invested. 🙂
